We host 20-30 summer citizens each year, mostly at Bruno's. Ground-floor and second-story units (parking-lot side, minimal stairs) fill first. Full lease paid upfront in January, one shared deposit per couple, and pets are welcome at Bruno's.

How do individual liability leases work at Whittaker Properties?
With individual liability leases, you are only responsible for your own student's rent. This means that if a roommate moves out, transfers, or graduates, you are not liable for their portion of the rent, eliminating any financial worries associated with shared living arrangements.
