Private bed/Private Bath: Four payments of $1720 ($575 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st , Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Shared bed/bath: Four Payments of $1335 ( $445 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $40 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter’s insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants pay a flat rate of $55 a month to cover ALL UTILITIES.
